E-newsletter sponsorship includes:

Specifications:

234 pixels in length.
54 pixels in height.
Not to exceed 1MB in size.
Must be saved as a .gif or .jpg.
Sponsor banner must be a stationary image or logo no larger than specified; no JavaScript; applets, or animationas are accepted.
Color should be formatted with RGB settings.

CCBAlert is a weekly e-newsletter. Issues are typically distributed on Fridays. Delivery dates may be adjusted for holidays or as deemed necessary by CCBA.

There will be only one sponsor per weekly issue. Placement is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorship does not constitute CCBA endorsement or approval of sponsor’s goods or service. CCBA reserves the right to refuse any advertiser or advertisement.

The first month of placements must be pre-paid. The e-newsletter is distributed on Fridays, therefore the monthly invoice total for subsequent months will be determined by the number of Fridays in each month.

E-newsletter Ad Design Fee

$75 (1x cost)

For CCBA members only, this fee can be waived in exchange for the 10% membership discount on ad placements.

Discounts

Discounts available:

CCBA Member Discount: CCBA Members have a choice of either 10% off of ad rate or free ad design with artwork built by CCBA to required dimensions and format required (see "Artwork Requirements" information for details). CCBA members do not receive the discount if artwork submitted does not meet these artwork requirements.
Agency Discount: Recognized advertising agencies ONLY receive a 15% discount. CCBA members represented by an ad agency do not receive both the agency discount and the member discount.
